In principle no.
A number of contacts per month is included per product package. If this number is exceeded, another 100 contacts can be booked quickly and easily for 10 € or switched to a larger package.
With 1000 contacts / month included, you can be contacted proactively by 1000 different contacts per month. These included contacts are very generous for SMEs.

Are autoresponse messages included in the 1000 free chats?
In all packages the messages are unlimited. So if the customer writes and the autoresponder responds, costs arise. Not for all messages within 24 hours afterwards. However, you can contact the customers again using a text template so that the window is opened again. This is only not possible with web chat.

Where are the messages stored?
Founded and hosted in Germany. Names, addresses or chat content are sensitive data that are stored on end-to-end encrypted servers in Frankfurt-DE.
